ITINERARY

Welcome and join with us for 2 DAYS (1Night) of this program activity which consists of (1) slow boat riding + (2) Ban Jarn (pottery village) visit + (3) authentic rice planting experience + (4) KuangXi waterfall visit by car/minivan (price included) or trekking(extra option), (5) tribe village (Khmu&Hmong) visit & (6) stay overnight at NaKhaoHorm farming, please refer to the details below: DAY01: • Departure = at 8:00am from your stay or our office by car/minivan. Transfer to = Ban Jarn (pottery village) by slow boat riding; then visit the village to observe how do they produce the pottery. • 10:00-11:00am = travel from Ban Jarn to Pakxi port by slow boat for 1 hour • 11:00-11:20am = travel from Pakxi port to NaKhaoHorm farming by mini tractor for 20 minutes. • 11:30-14:30pm = enjoy with your lunchtime at NaKhaoHorm farming restaurant and relax. • 14:30-15:30 pm = theory part on how to select & prepare paddy seeds for being planting in next step. • 15:30-16:30pm = start your practicum the real rice planting process with our local farmers (our teams). After that, relax. • 18:00-19:00pm = having your dinner at NakhaoHorm Farming & overnight at NaKhaoHorm house and/or treehouse • During 17:00-18:00pm, if you request the extra activity, like as Basi Ceremony and our teams with local community will be able to organize this event for you. o LPB to NaKhaoHorm by Slow Boat o Ban Jarn (Pottery Village) Visit o Rice Seedling Planting o Rice Threshing by Hands o Human Pounded Natural Rice o Separating Grains Rice by Traditional Ways o Stay Overnight at Na KhaoHorm House or Treehouse DAY02: • 8:00-8:30am = enjoy with your breakfast at NakhaoHorm Farming. • 8:30-10:30am = trekking to Kuang Si Waterfall (2hrs) or travel by car/Minivan (20 minutes) as your optimal. • 12:00-15:00pm = having your picnic (small lunch) with continuously relax and swimming with turquoise blue pools. • 15:00-17:00pm = travel to Khmu & Hmong tribe villages to explore their lifestyle especially their sewing & weaving activities • 17:00-18:00pm = back to Luang Prabang City to your stay by our car/minivan (1hr). o Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner-Times at NaKhaoHorm Farming o Kuang Xi Waterfall Visit o Sewing & Weaving Tribe Villages Visit o Basi Ceremory by Local Community at NaKhaoHorm House
